Convention 2026
The convention will convene at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8 at the Adele H. Stamp Student Union Building on the University of Maryland, College Park campus in College Park, MD and continue until Friday, October 9 at 6:00 p.m., or until the business of the Convention has been completed.
If your schedule has changed and you can no longer attend this convention, please email convention@afscmemd.org as soon as you can.
Below are some important reminders for this convention:
Registration
The convention will be in the Stamp Student Union (3972 Campus Dr, College Park, MD 20742). Convention will take place in the Grand Ballroom.
In-person registration of delegates will take place on Thursday, October 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Registration will officially close at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8.
Parking & Getting to Stamp Student Union
We are working to reserve parking at Union Lane Garage and Regents Drive Garage. We highly encourage carpooling.

Hotel
Council 3 has booked a room block at The Hotel at The University of Maryland College Park and the Cambria Hotel College Park. The rooming deadline has passed. Please contact convention@afscmemd.org if you have any questions.
Evening Activity on Thursday, October 8
We will be having an evening social event from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Lucky Strike nearby (9021 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD 20740).
